A terrarium is a self-contained mini ecosystem sealed inside a glass container, where moisture and air continuously cycle to support plant life.

Services

Private Event
$100.00

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private event bookings. Private events have a $250 minimum. Travel within 25 miles of ZIP code 07840 is included. Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at $0.70 per mile. Events in New York City, Philadelphia, and other major metropolitan areas require approval prior to booking; please contact us for availability and details.

Private events include jars, plants, moss, and decor for each participant. Live springtails are available as an optional add-on for $5 per person and extra plants are $3 per person. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event date may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the required deposit due to preparation and material costs. In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or failure to communicate regarding access or event status on the scheduled event date, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances will be handled in good faith by both parties.

Details will be confirmed in a contract that must be signed seven (7) days before the booking.

Custom Terrarium Info
$50.00

A deposit is required to begin all custom terrarium orders. A $50 deposit is required for individual custom terrariums, and a $100 deposit is required for orders of three or more terrariums. A signed contract is required before any work begins.

Deposits are refundable only if work on the terrarium has not yet started. Once construction has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Because each terrarium is custom built, timelines may vary depending on the season, plant availability, and the complexity of the request. Large or multi-piece orders require a minimum of 10 days to complete. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee of $50–$100, depending on scope and availability, and must be discussed in advance.

All design details, pricing, timelines, and materials for each custom terrarium or group of terrariums will be reviewed and documented in the contract prior to construction.

Isopods and springtails are available as optional add-ons for an additional fee.

Each custom terrarium includes a 30-day plant and moss guarantee. If a terrarium does not survive within that period, we will do our best to make reasonable accommodations; however, long-term survival cannot be guaranteed due to environmental factors outside of our control.
